After a long hiatus, the Digital Calm podcast is back!

I’m excited to share an episode that feels like a deep breath for the soul. I’ve been on a journey through some incredible tracks that have this uncanny ability to slow down time and offer a gentle escape from the rush of everyday life.

Let’s start with Morcheeba’s “Slow Down,” a perfect invitation to ease into the moment. There’s something about those mellow grooves that just makes you want to sink into your chair and let go. Following that, The Herbaliser’s “The Sensual Woman” brings in a bit of a playful, sultry vibe—like a whisper in the night that pulls you into a different world.

As I continued curating, I couldn’t resist adding Govinda’s “City of Peace,” which, as the title suggests, feels like a serene oasis amid chaos. It’s the kind of track that makes you close your eyes and imagine you’re somewhere far away, where the air is still and the mind is clear.

Yppah’s “Never Mess With Sunday” has this hypnotic pulse that just keeps you locked in—a reminder to cherish those lazy, unhurried days. And then there’s Bliss’s “Wish U Were Here,” a track that wraps you in a warm blanket of nostalgia and gentle longing. It’s like a sonic hug, comforting and familiar.

Each of these tracks has a story, a vibe, a feeling that I think we all need sometimes. Whether you’re winding down after a long day or just need a moment to yourself, this episode is here to offer you a little peace and a little reflection.

So join me as I wander through these melodic landscapes. Let’s slow down together and savour the subtle beauty in music that speaks directly to the heart.
